Unconditional Refund:
We offer a full, unconditional refund if a refund request is made within 7 days of purchase.
Refund Process:
Once payment is completed and the subscription service is activated, you may request a full, unconditional refund within 7 days of purchase. The refund will be processed within 30 business days. Requesting a refund will also result in the cancellation of your subscription, and the subscription period will expire 7 days after activation.
Refund Procedure:
Customers must submit their refund request through our online customer service system and provide proof of purchase. Once the refund is approved, we will process the payment back to the original payment method within 30 business days.
Refund Limitations:
Orders placed more than 30 days ago will not be eligible for a refund. Products that have been used or services that have been activated are also not eligible for a refund.
